Born in India, educated in UK and Germany in theoretical physics. Transitioned towards method development for sciences after my PhD. What attracts me to bio image analysis is the interdisciplinary nature of the field requiring abstract thinking and usage of N dimensional mathematics in creating software solutions while aiding in biological researchers in their research.
Such analysis requires programs, user friendly running environment and storage spaces for the ever increasing data along with user training in such analytical solutions. We do our best to deliver.

Since September 2019, I have been Assistant Professor (Maître de Conférences) in statistics at Université de Paris. From January 2016 to August 2019, I have been a postdoctoral fellow in Ron Do’s lab at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, in New York, USA. Before joining the Institute for Personalized Medicine at Mount Sinai, I was a BioStatistician at the laboratory of Genomics and metabolic diseases of the Institut Pasteur in Lille, France. I defended my PhD thesis, “Exploratory Analysis of transcriptomic data: from their visualisation to the integration of external information” on the 4th of September, 2013 in Agrocampus Ouest, Rennes, France.

Research about biological processes using microscopy is an amazing and complex field that needs mathematics and computer science for processing data. The bioimage analysis also includes sample preparation and image acquisition to get reproducibility. We are here to also consult your image preparation.
